Why Train in the Summer?
Training during the summer off-season is undeniably the optimal choice for athletes. The summer offers many advantages that contribute to achieving peak performance and reaching personal goals. Firstly, the summer off-season provides a valuable opportunity to focus on specific weaknesses or areas for improvement without the distractions and time constraints of competition. With a reduced competition schedule, athletes can allocate more time towards strength and conditioning training, as well as refining their techniques. Additionally, the summer off-season allows athletes to fully tap into their potential by maximizing their training efforts, resulting in enhanced performance once the competitive season commences. This period serves as a crucial stepping stone toward reaching new levels of athleticism and success.
OUR SUMMER PROGRAM
15 Training Sessions
We will focus on Agility, Footwork, Strength, Endurance and Technique.

Things Your Child Will Need
1. Soccer Cleats
It is important to make sure your child has cleats specifically made for soccer and not for any other sports (Football, Baseball, Track, etc.). For the safety of others, if your child has anything other than soccer cleats, your child will not be allowed to participate until they acquire the appropriate shoe apparel.
2. Shin Guards (optional)
It is up to the child and/or parent’s preference to wear shin guards during practice, but they will not be required.
3. Water Bottle
Your child will have to bring his/her water since there is no water source nearby. They will be given water breaks every 20 minutes to ensure that everybody stays hydrated enough.
4. Goalkeeper Gloves
(in case the child is interested in goalkeeper training)
Since soccer balls will be kicked toward keepers, the gloves are to ensure their safety. If your child does not have his/her goalie gloves, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the specific training.
