BASIC TECHNIQUE TRAINING
DEVELOMENT PYRAMID
BALL CONTROL:
1 player, 1 ball. Ball control exercises with both legs with many repetitions. In the place and movement.
RECEIVING, PASSING:
Exercises and games to improve the first touch, very important at all levels, and to stimulate creative and precise passes. (Accuracy, speed, deception, in the air or on the ground.
DRIVING:

DRIBBLING / MOVES (1 Vs.1):
